- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Depends who is on the desk. Most reception staff are brill. Very helpful on the phone, respectful and cant do enough to help. Others are pretty shocking. They can be quite rude and obnoxious. Luckily its only a few of them like this. However, the Veterinary care is brilliant. Prices are very reasonable. Most of the staff truly care about the animals brought in. Their opening hours are fantastic too! Very useful when my animal had an emergency.by rach cookDecember 18, 2016
